Terms and Conditions

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

Return Period: the period within which the customer may return a product under the trader's return policy. Customer: the natural person purchasing products for personal, non-business use from the trader through a distance contract (i.e., online). Day: calendar day. Continuing Performance Contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over a period of time. Durable Medium: any tool enabling the customer or trader to store information in a way that allows future reference. Trader: Ingrid Top. Distance Communication Technology: means enabling a contract to be formed without the customer and trader being in the same place at the same time. Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions of the trader.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Ingrid Top and to every order placed by a customer through ingridtop.com.

Before placing an order, the customer is given the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are also available at any time on our website and may be requested free of charge by email.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects its original intent.

Situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in keeping with the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3.5 – A portion of our annual profits is donated to support the feeding, shelter, and care of stray cats.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

Where an offer is subject to a limited validity period or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated. Ingrid Top reserves the right to modify or update any offer at its discretion.

Each offer includes a complete and accurate description of the product(s) offered, sufficiently detailed to allow the customer to make an informed purchasing decision. Product images are a true representation of the products offered; however, Ingrid Top cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the actual product due to differences in device displays. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer (e.g., an incorrect price due to a technical error) do not bind Ingrid Top.

Each offer includes information on: the price (in USD, inclusive of any applicable sales tax); available sizes, colors, and materials; payment, shipping, and delivery methods; and how our return policy applies.

ARTICLE 5 – THE CONTRACT

The contract is formed once the customer completes checkout and payment is confirmed, subject to product availability.

Ingrid Top will send an electronic order confirmation promptly after an order is placed. Until this confirmation is sent, the customer may cancel the order.

Ingrid Top uses industry-standard technical and organizational security measures (including SSL encryption) to protect the customer's data and ensure a secure checkout experience. Ingrid Top reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, or to request additional verification, where there are reasonable grounds to believe an order may be fraudulent or where payment cannot be verified.

Every order is accepted subject to product availability.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unlike some international markets, U.S. law does not provide a statutory "cooling-off" period for standard online retail purchases. Instead, Ingrid Top offers the following voluntary return and exchange policy as a benefit to our customers:

Customers may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, or exchange it for a different size free of charge, as further described on our Returns & Exchanges page. The product may be opened and tried on. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, in which case Ingrid Top covers the cost.

ARTICLE 7 – REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, Ingrid Top will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or receiving proof that the product has been shipped back to us.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: products marked as final sale or discounted at the time of purchase; products that have been used beyond trying them on; and products not returned in their original condition.

ARTICLE 9 – PRICES

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated based on the shipping address at checkout, in accordance with applicable state law.

Prices will not be increased during the stated validity period of an offer, except where required by law. Ingrid Top reserves the right to correct pricing errors caused by typographical or system errors; in such cases, Ingrid Top is not obligated to honor the incorrect price and will notify the customer before processing the order at the correct price.

ARTICLE 10 – PRODUCT CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

Ingrid Top warrants that products will conform to the description provided at the time of purchase and will be free from material defects under normal use.

Defective or incorrectly shipped products must be reported to Ingrid Top within 14 days of delivery, along with a photo of the issue, sent to info@ingridtop.com.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or conditions outside normal, intended use of the product.

Nothing in this warranty limits any rights the customer may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection law.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Ingrid Top will process and ship orders with reasonable care and within the timeframes stated on our Shipping page.

If delivery is delayed or an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and is entitled to cancel the order for a full refund.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Ingrid Top will notify the customer before shipping a substitute, and the customer may decline the substitute for a full refund.

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW
